Philodendron heartleaf

This plant is called heartleaf due to the leaves being heart-shaped. They grow fast and are easy to take care of. This graceful plant does well in indirect light. In fact, direct sunlight is harmful to this plant. Philodendron heartleaf requires consistent watering, but it is okay to forget once in a while. They even forgive poor soil. Just keep an eye out for yellow leaves, as that means you are overwatering your plant. They are not animal friendly.
Hedgehog aloe

The Hedgehog aloe is an amazing succulent with no fuss. It is very easy to take care of this cousin of aloe. This plant requires a bright, sunny spot with very little water. It can even be kept outside in summer. This succulent has the same benefits as the aloe vera plant. If you spot wilting leaves in summer, it means you have not been watering the plant enough, but yellow leaves are a sign of overwatering. This is a very low-maintenance plant, and it is not pet-friendly.

This plant thrives in low to medium light conditions. For watering, you only need to do so when the soil begins to feel dry. The only thing you might want to look out for is the brown tips of the leaves. It means that the humidity is too low for the plant. However, it is not pet-friendly.

Aglaonemas is also known as Chinese Evergreen. It can live in any light condition except for direct sunlight. It requires consistent watering, so if you enjoy watering plants, this is the one for you. It comes in several colors such as green, white, pink, and red. If the tips of the leaves turn brown, it means the water has too much salt. Otherwise, the plant is very easy to maintain. Keep in mind that it is toxic to animals.
Peace lily

Peace lily does not mind a little extra watering. In fact, it thrives when the soil is always moist. They prefer bright and indirect light. They grow beautiful, white spade-shaped flowers all through the year. The plant will develop yellow or brown leaves if it is placed under direct light, so make sure to avoid that. If the leaves wilt and the color changes to yellow or brown, it means you have been overwatering or underwatering your plant. This plant is not pet-friendly.
English ivy

English ivy can be grown indoors in hanging baskets. This ivy can adapt to any light condition but prefers medium light best, and they prefer being on the dry side. Water when an inch or so of the soil gets dry. Do not overwater your English ivy. Make sure the leaves do not turn yellow or brown as this means the plant is unhappy because of overwatering. It is not pet friendly. It will be out of a pet’s reach in a hanging basket but still, be careful.
