Chili Hot Dogs
Delicious and easy to make, chili hot dogs are the perfect kind of food for outdoor cooking.
All you need to do is mix onions with barbeque sauce and chili in a bowl. Grill your hot dogs over a fire on the BBQ grill stand. Grill the hot dog buns the same way after that. Then, fill up each bun with a hot dog, the mixture that you prepared earlier, and finally wrap them nicely in tin foil to seal them properly.
Grill the hot dogs again for a few minutes and enjoy with cold beers!
Fried/Grilled Fish Fillets
This food dish will require a little extra effort from your end, but it will be totally worth it!
You need some fish fillets, cooking oil, a nice deep pan for frying the fish. You can even grill them with a little oil if you don’t want to fry them. However, fried fish is just incredible.
Simply coat the fillets in a batter of flour, water, and beer; fry them in hot oil and take them out once they are a nice golden, brown color.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper, your favorite herbs, squeeze a lemon and devour it with your preferred drink.
Rich, Cheesy Campfire Potatoes
As the name suggests, these delicious potatoes are cooked over the campfire. You can use either a grill or an even if you have one to make this recipe. Cut a few potatoes in quarters and mix them in a bowl with garlic powder, olive, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cut long pieces of foil, divide the potatoes accordingly, and sprinkle your choice of cheese on top. Cover them in foil and place the foil packs on the grill. Allow them to grill until soft, top with red pepper flakes and some herbs and eat away while they are still warm and cheesy.
