Maybe you don't have enough money, the right resources, the skills, or the experience, or something else you believe to be critical to success. Anything you may be missing can be achieved, though, dear Aries, if you truly believe in what you want to do. If you have a great idea, it is certainly worth exploring it enough to know if you should take the next step and start acquiring whatever is missing. You have little to lose by doing that.
